Classes for all levels
Littlefield’s Boxing offers a variety of group classes designed to suit every level and goal:
Boxing & boxing fitness – For all abilities. Learn footwork, striking technique, defence, and ring movement. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Boxing conditioning – High-intensity training focused on strength, speed and endurance. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Sparring & partner drills – Practice timing, reactions, and real fight scenarios. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Fighters class – Invite-only class for competitive and advanced boxers.
Youth classes (Under 14) – Build skill and confidence in a fun, safe setting
