What should you bring for your trial?
Getting started is easy — you don’t need much!
Wear comfortable sportswear, which is suited to the weather, and will allow you to move your arms and legs freely during the session.
Boxing is usually practiced with specific shoes, but if you have clean indoor sports shoes, feel free to bring them. Training can also be done barefoot or in socks.
For taekwondo, training is done barefoot. If you’re more comfortable wearing socks, choose a pair that grips the floor and that you don’t mind getting a little worn.
We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated, although water is also available on site.
Boxing gloves will be provided during your trial class.

Tips for your first class
To make the most of your first session, here are a few best practices:
When you arrive, greet your training partners and introduce yourself to the coach
Follow the warm-up carefully, as it's essential to prepare your body for training
Pay close attention to the techniques demonstrated by the coach
Start slow, focusing on accuracy, then increase your speed as you feel more comfortable
Feel free to ask advice from more experienced members, and don’t hesitate to communicate and interact with your training partners
Most importantly — have fun, be respectful, and enjoy the experience!
